A 3D-printable nature exploration kit for young learners.

SPROUT N’ ABOUT is designed to help children aged 6-12 years learn about the world around them, even from their own backyards. The kit’s activities encourage users to practice the skills of observation, compassion, and sense of responsibility for nature’s small wonders.

Consisting of 15 different parts, The toy is intended to be easily printable on a standard 3D printer and assembled with the guidance of a parent or guardian.

  • A “propagation station”, consisting of scissors to collect plant cuttings and two small planters: one for propagating and one for growing in soil.

  • A shovel which can be used for digging to find bugs or other organisms in the dirt as well as transferring soil to pots for their propogated plants.

FEATURES

  • The activity case has a sprout-shaped handle, ergonomically suitable for a child to hold and carry while exploring.
